About us

Alise and Cal (now retired and racing age group) are former professional triathletes who reside in sunny Noosa heads on Australia’s east coast. We founded the team in 2018 in an attempt to bring like minded people together who shared our vision of support and encouragement. We value genuine people no matter how fast or slow you may be. Encouragement is the oxygen that fuels success.

We split our time between Australia and Boulder, CO. We have two beautiful maltese shih tzu dogs who like to decorate our lounge with toilet paper when we leave them at home too long. We also added a wee cupcake baby boy Taj in 2019 to the team. He deals with complaints and is the chief of sand pit operations.
